VAT.  EXCEL Spreadsheet format) All you have to do is estimate cleaning time, frequency, number of cleaners, and any equipment.  Put this information into the spreadsheet together with some additional information, such as insurance costs, and a quote and hourly rate are automatically produced.  With this quote you can be happy in the knowledge that all your costs have been accounted for.  Whether you use this final quote or modify it is entirely up to you.  After purchasing it will be emailed to you. If purchased between 9am - 4.0pm it will be sent within 60mins of purchase, if outside these hours then it will be sent at the start of the next working day normally. the email will contain full access and operating instructions.  Receipts are also emailed. All emails will be sent to that address which appears on the PayPal account unless otherwise instructed. The package is supplied by email and comes as a Microsoft Word Document, so can easily altered by yourselves, and replicated as many times as you require.  These documents can be printed out and then be supplied to your staff and your clients.  They are also ideal to give to your potential customers as part of your company’s presentation package when quoting for new contracts. These are especially important for Builders Cleans which must be Site Specific.  We can produce these in consultation with yourselves for an additional fee of £3.50 + VAT per Method Statement.  Risk Assessments for Builders Cleans are again very Site Specific, although you will be able to modify them for different sites.  The initial one will be carried out in consultation with yourselves.  Risk Assessments can be produced for most sites and cleaning activities, whether Commercial, Industrial, Construction, or Domestic.  They are produced after an initial free consultation and the cost will vary according to complexity, but should be in the region between £25 and £50 + VAT.
